Hello B,
Thank you for reaching out. It takes so much effort and courage to ask for help and you just did it!! so that tells me you are a very strong person and that's something to be proud of. Getting over an eating disorders is not that simple. Recovery brings a lot of challenges that you must face and also know that everyone heals differently at different times. I hope you have a support system that you can reach out when you are not at your best. Just know that we are here for you.

Like Lucyta said, it takes a lot of courage to ask for help, so I hope you can take a moment to recognize what a great step you've already taken towards recovery. If you aren't sure where to start, the NEDA Helpline is a great resource. You call them or click-to-chat to find out about treatment options and resources in your area. (More info here: http://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/information-referral-helpline ) Please post here anytime you need support or a listening ear! We're here for you! :) Good luck, and keep us updated on your progress toward recovery!
