Participate in the #Proud2Cook Campaign!

We are happy to announce the relaunch of the Proud2Cook section of Proud2Bme!

The Proud2Cook section of our site is dedicated to sharing the amazing recipes YOU submit to us. These recipes can be anything you love to cook, bake, or simply piece together with the items in your kitchen fridge. As long as you love these recipes and they make you feel great about yourself, we want to feature them on our site!

To celebrate the re-launch of our Proud2Cook page, we would like to invite you to participate in our #Proud2Cook campaign. To participate in the campaign, please do the following:

1. Take a photo of your favorite dish to cook, bake, or make that makes you feel great. If you would like, it may also be a dish that someone else cooks for you.

2. Share the photo on Instagram with the following:

  • The name of the dish and, if possible, the recipe used for making it.
  • A sentence or two about why you love this dish or why it is special to you.
  • The hashtag #Proud2Cook.

3. We will then select posts that will be featured on our Proud2Cook page on the Proud2Bme site.

A sentence or two about why you love this dish or why it is special to you.
The hashtag #Proud2Cook.

We will then select posts that will be featured on our Proud2Cook page on the Proud2Bme site.

As an alternative, you may also submit photos with recipes by emailing us at info@proud2bme.org.

As a reminder, Proud2Bme is committed to the promotion of positive and healthy relationships with food and our bodies. As such, any submissions that focus on numbers or any other triggering material will not be featured on Proud2Cook.
