Demi Lovato to Eating Disorder Sufferers: "Life is Beautiful. You Are Worthy of It."

Demi Lovato returned to the treatment center where she was a patient just one year ago, speaking to a group of young women still struggling to overcome their eating disorders.

"Wow, what an inpsiring day...Many tears were shed and many memories were brought back," she tweeted. "Today I went back to the treatment center I went to last year, to speak to the beautiful women fighting their inner demons...Life is beautiful...You are worthy of it."

We love that Demi has been so open and honest about her own recovery, and that she takes the time to offer encouragement to others who need it. When you're in the depths of disorder, it's important to hear the voices of those who have made it to a healthier place.
