About the blogger: Birdie is a chef, a yogi and a health coach. After her battle with anorexia she vowed to do better than eat normally, and instead to rekindle a healthy and fulfilling way of eating. She now cooks for self-care, artistic expression and as an act of love. In her health coaching she helps people to develop a healthy and empowered relationship with food by investigating why (not what) we eat. She believes that eating well is not about balancing discipline and indulgence, but about listening to what the mind, body and spirit hunger for, and learning to nourish ourselves lovingly.
