Advice for How to Handle the Upcoming "Holiday Season"

Now that Halloween is over, we're getting into the "Holiday Season": Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Years, and more; this time of year is full of celebrations and events. While this can certainly be a fun time of year, it can also be stressful, especially in the case of those with EDs and other disorders.
