Every body is a bikini body

With summer a few months away, I've noticed lately that more people have started making comments about needing to "get ready for bikini season." Unfortunately, "getting ready" for them doesn't mean buying flip-flops or planning a tropical vacation...it means attempting to lose weight. I just wanted to remind everyone that you are beautiful and swimsuit ready exactly as you are right now! And to add to this, I'd like to share a fun calendar I came across, which promotes the message that every body is a bikini body. Just flipping through the images in the preview are enough of a reminder that your body is wonderful the way it is! http://www.magcloud.com/browse/issue/652756

I wish that I could believe

I wish that I could believe this, but I can't.

Very true

thanks for reminding us of this!

3vaAngel, remember you are beautiful!

I wanna believe!!!!

they think losing weight is more important thing than getting a new boyfriend :)

I remember

I've been the way I am now for a pretty long time, and I find it hard to get better, I've cut myself and starved myself, and I need help. Will you help me?

Thank you for sharing this

Thank you for sharing this interesting piece of article Julia. It is really important to understand that body shaming won't help anyone. And bikinis can be worn by anyone irrespective of the size!
