Hi everyone! My name is Kate and I'm an 18 year old college student I began struggling with EDNOS around the age of 15 and officially began recovery about a year ago. I struggled with minor depression, bulimia, and self-harm during the recovery process but have come an extremely long way and learned a lot about myself in the process. One thing that really helped me when I was at one of the darkest points in my recovery was discovering beautiful, inspiration girls on websites like this that showed me despite the struggles we can all learn to love ourselves. I have decided to start my own blog in the hopes that I can be that same voice of understanding for people that are in the position I was just months ago. Trust me, there is beauty and happiness on the other side! Please take a moment to check out my blog,, and let me know what you think! If you like it, share it with a friend. I am not doing this for publicity. I'm doing this because support from others saved my life. If I can return the favor by helping even one girl feel better about herself, I will feel fulfilled. Thank you! and stay strong beauties!
